Before starting any fitness or dance program, please consult your doctor or have a physical examination done advising that it is safe for you to do so. 

Clients are advised that reflexologists do not diagnose medical conditions unless qualified to do so. The only diagnosis made is a "tender reflex." A reflexologist will refer you  other qualified health care practitioners when services required are outside the reflexologist's scope of practice.   Reflexologists do not prescribe medications unless qualified to do so.
